1. Consideration of documents for obtaining a permit for the use of technologies used at hazardous production facilities, hazardous technical devices is carried out by the authorized body in the field of industrial safety.

       2. The authorized body in the field of industrial safety, having reviewed the submitted documents, decides to issue a permit for the use of technologies used at hazardous production facilities, hazardous technical devices, or submits a reasoned refusal.

       3. If, during operation, the technologies used at hazardous production facilities and dangerous technical devices are found to be inconsistent with the requirements of industrial safety, the permit for their use is revoked by the authorized body in the field of industrial safety.

       4. Registration of issued and revoked permits for the use of technologies used at hazardous production facilities and dangerous technical devices is carried out by the authorized body in the field of industrial safety.

       5. Information on technologies used at hazardous production facilities, dangerous technical devices approved for use in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is posted on the Internet resource of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety.

       6. Permits for the use of technologies used at hazardous production facilities and hazardous technical devices are valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for all market entities and their re–receipt is not required.

Permits are not required for the use of assemblies, parts, devices, components, spare parts included in technical devices, as well as for technical devices that have passed the conformity assessment (certification) procedure.
